The Journey of Your International Order
- Label Creation and Dispatch: As soon as your order is packed and ready, we generate a shipping label and promptly dispatch your package to the courier’s export hub.
- Courier Receipt and Preparation: The courier receives, scans, and prepares your parcel for its international journey, usually via road transport to your country.
- Content Verification: In adherence to international regulations, couriers may take an additional 1-2 working days to verify package contents.
- Tracking Information: We’ll provide a tracking number for your local courier service. Initially, this number might not be active until the parcel reaches your country, so there’s no need for immediate concern if it’s not working right away.
- Transit Period: There might be a short period without updates while your parcel is en route, typically travelling by truck to your destination.
- Customs Clearance: Upon arrival, your parcel undergoes customs clearance and is then handed over to your local courier service.
- Final Delivery: Your local courier takes over to deliver the parcel to your doorstep.
